Founders Meet
TechnologyOur co-founders, Rolando Larrainci and Fabián Fernández, met at a global software outsourcing company. Frustrated by communication gaps, time zone issues, and team misalignment, they decided to find a better way.

Kaizen Softworks Founded
FinancialThey took a leap, left their stable jobs, and started Kaizen Softworks in a small backyard office. Kaizen was born from two developers’ passion to deliver quality solutions perfectly aligned with clients' needs and the market’s demands.

First Office in Uruguay
ConstructionOur team grew to ten incredible folks, so we opened our first office in Uruguay, South America, and kicked off exciting projects with partners from Boston.
